Go-Get Data Consultancy Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to Spanish and English-speaking customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all communication channels. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in both Spanish and English. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, orders, and policies. Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary. Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively. Meet performance targets including response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service. Stay up to date with company procedures, product changes, and service updates. Requirements 1-3 years of experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required. Bilingual (Spanish and English) is essential. Working Location Rockwell Business Center Tower 2.
