E-Commerce & Social Media Specialist

Position Summary:

Responsible for managing the company's online selling platforms and social media pages to increase sales, grow brand presence, and engage customers. Handles product listings, online campaigns, and content creation to ensure a smooth and effective online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, website).
  • Coordinate online promotions, flash sales, and campaigns.
  • Monitor orders, inventory, and customer inquiries.
  • Plan, create, and post content on social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Respond to messages, comments, and engage with followers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and social media performance.
  • Research market trends and competitors.
  • Prepare simple reports for management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
