Key Responsibilities
- Define and track key workforce utilization metrics across the organization.
- Conduct regular productivity and capacity assessments to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Provide quarterly reports and insights to senior management on resource allocation.
- Collaborate with department heads to align staffing with business priorities.
- Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements to boost efficiency.
- Support workforce planning for IT projects and company-wide initiatives.
- Lead capacity management programs that improve productivity and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in capacity planning, workforce analytics, or process optimization.
- Strong understanding of KPI tracking, predictive analysis, and business process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to senior management.
