Sales Operations Systems Administrator
to join our team. This role will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing all of our GTM systems and processes, to ensure our revenue organization runs efficiently and effectively. You will partner with the sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams to streamline processes, improve data quality, and enable better reporting and decision-making. Reporting directly to the SVP of Finance and Revenue Operations, and with a dotted line to GTM leadership, you will optimize Bureau's use of HubSpot, as well as all related GTM tools. With leadership's support, you will play a crucial role in enforcing proper CRM hygiene in order to drive decision-making.
What You'll Be Doing
CRM Administration (HubSpot):
Serve as the primary administrator of HubSpot, including user management, permissions, workflows, pipelines, fields, and integrations.
Maintain data integrity by developing and enforcing data hygiene practices (deduplication, field validation, enrichment). Manage system configurations to support evolving GTM strategies.
Process Optimization:
Map, document, and optimize sales and customer lifecycle processes, from prospect to renewal.
- Identify bottlenecks, recommend automation or system improvements, and lead implementations.
Ensure alignment of HubSpot processes with cross-functional team needs.
Reporting & Analytics:
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs (pipeline health, conversion rates, campaign attribution, etc.).
Provide insights to sales leadership and revenue stakeholders to guide forecasting and strategy. Partner with finance to reconcile bookings, pipeline, and revenue reporting.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align CRM workflows with business objectives. Support go-to-market initiatives by ensuring HubSpot is set up to measure and scale programs effectively. Train and support end-users to maximize adoption and best practices.
What You'll Bring
To shine here, you should have:
- 2–6 years of experience in sales/revenue operations, business operations, or CRM administration.
- Hands-on experience managing HubSpot CRM.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with sales processes (lead management, opportunity stages, forecasting).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Bonus: experience with Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other GTM tools.
