Lucia Land, Inc. and the Morato Family, managed by Approche Hospitality Management, Inc., ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City for a Finance Officer. The Finance Officer will be responsible for managing financial statements, conducting financial reporting, and performing thorough financial analysis. Day-to-day tasks include budget preparation, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations. The role also involves communicating financial information to management and stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in preparing and managing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Finance
  • Excellent Communication skills for conveying financial information
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
