PRIMARY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Chief Steward is responsible and accountable for all aspects of Stewarding operations. The Chief Steward ensures the department operates efficiently and effectively at all times. Manages inventory levels and replenishments as required. Manages all stores, both OS&E and chemicals. Provides assistance and support to all operational departments.

KEY PERFORMANCE STANDARDS

  • Ensures divisional operational standards are constantly adhered to.
  • Drives breakage and spoilage management to ensure wastage is minimized.
  • Monitors staff development and training effectiveness.
  • Plans and documents trainings and staff succession planning
  • Immediately acts on timely feedback for improvements
  • Persistent follow up on all issues
  • Strict enforcement of all hygiene policies and practices
  • Consistently exceeds guest satisfaction goals.
  • Other job-related responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
