Job Description

  • Handle billing and collection activities.
  • Monitor customer accounts and follow up for outstanding payments
  • Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records
  • Maintain organized and accurate record-keeping systems
  • Prepare reports related to billing, collections, and account status
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Work with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Qualifications

  • Accounting graduate (or related course)
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • With experience in billing and collection
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in account reconciliation
  • Strong record-keeping and organizational skills
  • Able to work under minimal supervision
  • Hard-working, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent team player with good communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
