Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute the overall sales and marketing strategy aligned with company goals.

Lead departmental planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring.

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitor activity, and industry developments to drive business decisions.

Sales Management

Oversee national or regional sales operations including target setting, performance tracking, and sales force management.

Drive revenue growth through B2B and B2C channel development, account expansion, and promotional strategies.

Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key clients, resellers, and corporate accounts.

Marketing Oversight

Supervise brand management, traditional marketing efforts, and digital marketing initiatives.

Lead development and execution of online campaigns across platforms (social media, SEO, SEM, email).

Monitor marketing ROI and customer engagement analytics to improve brand visibility and performance.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication and digital touchpoints.

Team Development & Supervision

Lead, mentor, and motivate the Sales and Marketing team at all levels.

Conduct performance evaluations, skills development plans, and succession strategies.

Cultivate a high-performance culture built on collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with Product Development, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure alignment in goals and execution.

Represent the Sales and Marketing Department in senior leadership meetings and business planning sessions.

Reporting and Forecasting

Provide management with detailed sales forecasts, marketing performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.

Identify market opportunities and risks; propose data-driven solutions to ensure long-term competitiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or any related field

With 4-5+ years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, including in a leadership role

Proven success in developing and executing integrated sales and marketing strategies

With hands-on experience in Digital Marketing (e.g., social media, SEO, Google Ads, content marketing)

Experience in B2B sales or corporate account management is strongly preferred

Proficient in digital tools, sales platforms, CRM systems, and analytics/reporting software

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, decision-making, and team-building capabilities

Willing to travel and render extended hours when necessary
