The Marketing Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services. This role involves market research, campaign execution, digital marketing, brand management, and coordinating with sales teams to drive business growth and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Manage online and offline marketing channels (social media, email, print, events, etc.).
• Create engaging content for digital platforms, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using key metrics and tools.
• Support branding initiatives to strengthen the company's market presence.
• Organize events, trade shows, or sponsorship activities to boost brand visibility.
• Manage relationships with external partners, suppliers, and media agencies.
• Prepare reports and presentations on marketing performance and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or related role.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media management.
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
