Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide product/service information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role is open to all applicants with strong communication and problem-solving skills.


Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Process orders, applications, forms, and requests.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
  • Identify customers' needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide high-quality service.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good listening, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM software (training provided).
  • Ability to stay calm and professional in difficult situations.
  • High school diploma SHS, College undergranduate or graduate.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
