We're hiring a Full Stack Engineer to join a fast-moving global software company that builds custom platforms for clients in education, healthcare, finance, supply chain, and HR.

This is a mid-to-senior-level role that offers a mix of hands-on coding, collaborative product work, and technical ownership. You'll be part of a cross-functional team, helping deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly software solutions that make a real impact.

About the Client

Our client is a growing tech company with offices in Australia and Portugal, known for developing tailored software solutions across multiple industries. Their teams work closely with global clients to deliver end-to-end systems—from core product platforms to backend operations tools. (Client name withheld for confidentiality.)

What You'll Do

• Write clean, maintainable, and extensible code
• Build scalable front-end and back-end applications using React, TypeScript, and (or Python)
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into working features
• Build and maintain secure authentication flows using OAuth, JWT, etc.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders in an agile setting
• Implement and improve CI/CD workflows for new and existing services
• Create and maintain documentation for solution design and implementation
• Stay updated on modern development practices and tools
• Support code quality through unit and integration testing
• Contribute to a strong engineering culture by following and promoting best practices

Requirements

Who We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer
• Strong skills in TypeScript, Redux, GraphQL using Apollo Server, and React
• Proficient in w/Express (or Python), HTML5, and CSS
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Firebase
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication/authorization flows
• Familiarity with distributed systems and async programming
• Comfortable using Git and collaborating via pull requests and branches
• Experience writing unit and integration tests
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Able to work independently in a remote, outcome-focused environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with Vercel for deployment
• Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD
• Exposure to DevOps and microservices architectures
• Background in fast-paced or startup environments
