Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Document and manage operational expenses.
  • Prepare payroll including computation and filing of government contributions and taxes.
  • File and remit all government contributions including BIR realated forms and documents.
  • Receive, verify and prepare payment for all invoices and bills (utility, suppliers, contractors and others) to be forwarded to the manager for approval.
  • Management of employee files, bills and all other office documents.
  • Inventory management including canvassing of supplies and materials.
  • Incharge of facilities management including repairs and maintenance.
  • Track, process and maintan petty cash.
  • Prepare other documents and perform other functions that maybe assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate--preferably an Accountancy degree graduate or equivalent in a related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Must be knowledgeable in using MS Office apps such as Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Strong attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Good personality and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
