Duties and Responsibilities:
- Document and manage operational expenses.
- Prepare payroll including computation and filing of government contributions and taxes.
- File and remit all government contributions including BIR realated forms and documents.
- Receive, verify and prepare payment for all invoices and bills (utility, suppliers, contractors and others) to be forwarded to the manager for approval.
- Management of employee files, bills and all other office documents.
- Inventory management including canvassing of supplies and materials.
- Incharge of facilities management including repairs and maintenance.
- Track, process and maintan petty cash.
- Prepare other documents and perform other functions that maybe assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- College graduate--preferably an Accountancy degree graduate or equivalent in a related field
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Must be knowledgeable in using MS Office apps such as Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Strong attention to accuracy and detail.
- Good personality and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
