JOB SUMMARY:

  • The Group Tax and Compliance Manager leads and manages the overall tax strategy, compliance, and governance across all business units and legal entities within the group. The role ensures accurate tax reporting, optimization of the group's tax position, and compliance with domestic tax laws.
  • This position serves as the key tax advisor to management, ensuring the group's tax risks are effectively managed and opportunities are maximized in a compliant manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. Professional accounting or tax qualification preferred (e.g., CPA)
  • Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive experience in corporate taxation, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Proven experience in handling tax audits (LOA), VAT, withholding taxes, and tax provisions.
  • Preferably with a background in FMCG, distribution, or related industries.
