Job Description (JD)

Position Summary:

The Motorized Recruiter is responsible for conducting field sourcing and recruitment activities using a motorcycle to reach multiple locations, barangays, terminals, and community hotspots. The role ensures a steady pipeline of qualified applicants to meet client manpower demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field sourcing (barangay visits, terminals, marketplaces, flyers distribution, job caravans).
  • Travel to designated areas to scout, approach, and engage potential applicants.
  • Conduct initial screening and collect basic applicant information.
  • Coordinate daily with the Recruitment Team regarding sourcing updates and applicant endorsements.
  • Maintain recruitment materials (flyers, tarpaulins, signages) and ensure proper deployment in sourcing sites.
  • Build partnerships with LGUs, barangay officials, and community leaders for hiring activities.
  • Assist in on-site job fairs and client recruitment events.
  • Submit daily and weekly recruitment reports.
  • Ensure documents and endorsed applicants are delivered to the office or client as needed.
  • Maintain motorcycle in good working condition and comply with safety rules.

Job Qualifications (JQ)

  • College Graduate.
  • With valid driver's license (Restriction 1,2 or A/A1).
  • Must own or can provide a motorcycle in good running condition.
  • With experience in field sourcing or recruitment is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work in the field and travel to various locations.
  • Can work with minimum supervision and meet recruitment targets.
