Key Responsibilities

  • Report regularly on HR metrics (e.g., headcount, attrition).
  • Support payroll operations with a basic understanding of processes.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless process execution.
  • Administer insurance processes (additions/deletions).
  • Respond to employee queries promptly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal HR teams to resolve issues.
  • Drive successful execution of HR projects.
  • Review current processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • 6–8 years of HR experience, preferably in HRIS or HR Specialist roles.
  • Background checking experience (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP reporting tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines with a high sense of urgency.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and trust-building skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
