The Vehicle Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of company vehicles to ensure they are safe, reliable, and in excellent operating condition. The role covers preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs, with focus on efficiency, safety, and compliance with manufacturer and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and scheduled servicing of BYD hybrid cars.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hybrid system-related issues.
  • Conduct battery diagnostics, monitoring, and replacement when necessary.
  • Carry out oil changes, brake servicing, tire rotations, and other standard maintenance tasks.
  • Use diagnostic tools and software specific to BYD hybrid systems.
  • Maintain accurate service and repair records for each vehicle.
  • Ensure vehicles meet safety, environmental, and operational compliance at all times.
  • Respond to vehicle breakdowns and perform emergency roadside repairs when required.
  • Coordinate with the Fleet Supervisor to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
  • Keep track of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.
  • Provide drivers with basic orientation on hybrid vehicle care and handling.
  • Perform other tasks or duties that may be assigned by the immediate head/management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php30,000.00 per month
