Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records across all storage locations.
  • Develop and implement standardized inventory control procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Perform inventory audits to ensure proper inventory control at Warehouse (Floors and Brands Assigned).
  • Investigate and determine the causes of irregularities and errors.
  • Utilize system reports and knowledge of warehouse activities to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Propose solutions to the Warehousing Supervisor regarding all issues relating to inventory.
  • Support the implementation of the inventory-related system upgrades and process improvements.
  • Directly reports to the Warehouse Head and provides regular updates on inventory status, audit results, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • College Degree holder / College Level — preferably with a background in Accounting or any accounting-related course
  • With experience in inventory & warehouse management or a related role

Skills Required

  • Proficiency in inventory management software, specifically SAP
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with Warehouse, Product Manager, and Finance departments.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively identify areas for inventory process optimization.
