We are looking for a RPA Project Manager for our French client, who specializes in producing various types of glasses and collaborating with opticians. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life by improving the quality of vision.

Responsibilities

• As a RPA Project Manager you will be overseeing the end-to-end delivery of automation initiatives, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget, while meeting established quality standards and business objectives;
• You will be managing the full project lifecycle using both Waterfall and Agile delivery frameworks, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure;
• You will be defining project scope, timelines, budgets, and measurable success criteria, ensuring that deliverables align with business expectations and stakeholder needs;
• You will be conducting discovery sessions, process qualification, and opportunity assessments, identifying areas where automation can deliver measurable business value;
• You will be ensuring delivery quality by enforcing Center of Excellence governance, adherence to coding standards, and compliance with security and regulatory requirements;
• You will be maintaining and reporting key project artifacts, including RAID logs, communication plans, and benefits tracking, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle;
• You will be building strong partnerships with functional leaders and process owners, facilitating collaboration across business units to ensure successful automation adoption;
• You will be facilitating project workshops, sprint ceremonies, and solution design reviews, promoting a shared understanding of requirements and solution approaches;
• You will be translating business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications, collaborating closely with RPA Business Analysts and Developers to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions;
• You will be enforcing automation pipeline governance, ensuring that new initiatives meet qualification standards and follow established prioritization processes;
• You will be conducting risk and impact assessments, aligning all solutions with IT security, compliance, and data protection standards;
• You will be driving RPA adoption across the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and automation mindset;
• You will be coordinating workloads and timelines with internal RPA delivery teams, managing dependencies and optimizing resource allocation;
• You will be overseeing contract deliverables, cost utilization, and performance tracking, ensuring operational efficiency and financial accountability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Project or Program Management, specifically within digital transformation or automation initiatives;
• Work in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) – Necessary condition;
• Proven experience delivering RPA projects using tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere;
• Strong understanding of the RPA lifecycle, including process assessment, design, development, deployment, and support phases;
• In-depth knowledge of business process re-engineering and Lean methodologies, enabling optimization before automation;
• Familiarity with IT governance frameworks, such as ITIL or COBIT, ensuring structured project execution and compliance;
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master, demonstrating formal project management competence;
• UiPath Automation Business Analyst or Solution Delivery credentials, validating hands-on expertise in automation practices;
• Experience in Shared Services or Global Business Services environments, managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams;
• Knowledge of related technologies, including OCR, Document Understanding, APIs, and Low-Code/No-Code platforms, enabling solution integration;
• Strong analytical ability and problem-solving mindset, with the capacity to anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and propose strategic improvements.

• Salary for work amounting to 70,000 – 80,000 PHP;
