Role Description
The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Taguig. This position involves managing daily operational activities, optimizing workflows, and ensuring smooth coordination between various teams. The role requires monitoring operational efficiency, overseeing resource allocation, and maintaining quality standards. Additionally, the Operations Manager will be responsible for implementing process improvements and supporting a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in operations management, workflow optimization, and quality assurance oversight
- Proficiency in resource planning, team coordination, and process improvement
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to achieving operational excellence
- Experience in community-oriented or creative spaces is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
