JOB SUMMARY

The Property Management Associate shall organize and maintain all Ready for Occupancy (RFO) units. He is responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and implementing village maintenance works.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES

  • In charge of monitoring and maintenance of projects, including security personnel and equipment, and attending to various works related to its building improvements and repairs.
  • Monitor the maintenance and upkeep activities of the project, including the guardhouse, clubhouse, landscape, and façade.
  • Monitor water and electrical facilities of the subdivision and attend to its repair and improvements, if needed.
  • In charge of grass-cutting activities by in-house or outsourced contractors and ensuring correct and timely billing of grass-cutting transactions.
  • Monitor all saleable lots and open spaces.
  • Prepare all reports and documents pertaining to facilities and amenities.
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned by superior from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Graduate of any engineering- or any business-related course

Experience: At least two (2) years of work experience related to Property Management

Competencies:

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
  • Must know how to drive a four-wheeled vehicle with valid driver's license
