About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Crew to join our team at BW SUPERBAKESHOP-ELJIN' in Gapan City, Nueva Ecija. As a Store Crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing friendly and efficient customer service, including assisting customers with product selection and processing sales transactions
  2. Maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and organised store environment
  3. Handling cash and reconciling daily sales
  4. Assisting in the preparation and stocking of merchandise
  5. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  7. Collaborating with the store team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment, preferably in the food and bakery industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  3. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  4. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  5. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company
