Warehouseman

Location: Gapan City, Nueva Ecija

Job Requirements:

• Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent (some companies may prefer vocational/college coursework related to logistics or supply chain).
• Experience:
• Previous experience in a warehouse, inventory handling, or logistics is preferred but not always required.
• Skills:
• Basic computer literacy (for inventory management systems).
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) is a plus.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
• Other Requirements:
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to work in shifts if needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receiving and Inspection:
• Receive incoming goods and check against purchase orders.
• Inspect for damages and report discrepancies.
• Storage and Organization:
• Properly store goods in designated areas.
• Maintain orderly and clean warehouse space.
• Inventory Management:
• Keep accurate records of stock levels.
• Conduct regular inventory counts.
• Update the inventory management system.
• Order Preparation and Dispatch:
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.
• Load and unload delivery trucks safely.
• Equipment Handling:
• Operate warehouse equipment properly (forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Perform basic maintenance on equipment if needed.
• Safety Compliance:
• Follow safety protocols and wear proper protective equipment.
• Report any safety hazards or incidents.
• Other Tasks:
• Assist with other warehouse or logistics duties as required.
