About the role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of a dynamic retail business? BW SUPERBAKESHOP-ELJIN' is seeking a dedicated Store Crew member to join our team in our Gapan City, Nueva Ecija location. This is a full-time position that will see you play a key role in delivering an outstanding in-store experience for our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring each customer's needs are met with a positive attitude
  2. Assist with all aspects of store operations, including stocking shelves, operating the cash register, and maintaining store cleanliness and organisation
  3. Collaborate with the team to deliver efficient and seamless store operations
  4. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to the overall success of the store
  5. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
