Key Responsibilities
1. Operations & Sales
  • Supervise daily activities of the cellphone accessories department (cases, chargers, cables, screen protectors, audio accessories, etc.).
  • Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure product displays are organized, attractive, and compliant with merchandising standards.
2. Inventory Management
  • Track stock levels and ensure availability of fast-moving items.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for replenishment and follow up on orders.
  • Manage stock rotation to avoid overstock, shortages, or outdated items.
3. Team Leadership
  • Supervise, train, and motivate sales staff.
  • Assign daily tasks and monitor performance.
  • Provide coaching to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
4. Reporting & Compliance
  • Prepare sales and inventory reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines, and security procedures.
  • Implement promotional activities and campaigns assigned by management.
