DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  1. Listen and comply to the instructions of Section Head or Section Leadman.

  2. Actively report to the Section Head or Section Leadman.

  3. Follow all safe work practices.

  4. Study and interpret technical drawings and job order specifications.

  5. Prepare necessary tools and equipment needed for the job.

  6. Prepare necessary consumables and materials based on the MIS given by Section Head or Section Leadman.

  7. Perform CNC Machining.

  8. Fill up necessary information on the Job Order History Card.

  9. Verify conformance of work piece to drawing and specifications using calibrated measuring instruments or tools.

  10. Report any trouble encountered during job run to Section Head or Section Leadman.

  11. Report to Section Head or Section Leadman once assigned task is done.

  12. Transfer item together with Job Order History Card to the next section based on the advise of Section Head or Section Leadman.

  13. Perform daily and preventive maintenance on assigned machine. Log details on the equipment history logbook.

  14. Troubleshoot and perform repairs as needed. Log details on the equipment history logbook.

  15. Ensure that work environment is clean and safe.

  16. Protect organization's value by keeping trade secret confidential.

  17. Participate in meetings and company activities.

  18. Work overtime when necessary.

  19. Responsible for the quality of CNC machined items and ensuring that the required product specifications are met.

  20. Responsible for writing down scope of work and other necessary information on the Job History Card.

  21. Responsible for maintaining the assigned equipment in good working condition through performing the preventive maintenance plan.

  22. Responsible for contributing in attaining Section's Quality Objective.

  23. Responsible in ensuring a safe work environment in the section's area.

  24. Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the shop area.

  25. Perform other tasks required that may not be written down in this job description to fulfill role as a CNC Machine Operator.

26. Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php700.00 per day
