Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media channels to drive traffic, conversions, and maximize ROI. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, strategic, and passionate about performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Bing, etc.)

  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities

  • Monitor campaign performance daily; adjust bids, ads, and targeting as necessary

  • Write engaging ad copy and collaborate with creative teams for ad visuals

  • Track and report on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates

  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, copy, and landing pages to boost campaign performance

  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders

  • Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and advertising best practices

  • Manage budget pacing and ensure campaigns meet business objectives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred

  • Solid foundation in SEO and digital marketing principles

  • Experience managing PPC campaigns for international marketplaces

  • Proficient in keyword research tools (e.g., Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs)

  • Strong analytical skills and data interpretation abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to see the bigger picture

  • Skilled in using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve performance

Nice to Have (Advantageous)

  • Previous experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency
