With our rapid growth, we're looking for a digital marketing professional to take charge of our online advertising and search visibility.
The Role
We're searching for a full-time PPC & SEO Specialist to join our team. You'll be responsible for developing, managing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns and organic search strategies across both brands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data-driven results, loves testing and refining campaigns, and knows how to balance creativity with technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads/Meta Ads etc.)
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Optimise campaigns to maximise ROI and minimise wasted spend.
- Improve website SEO through on-page, off-page, and technical strategies.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on performance metrics across channels.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in SEM & SEO.
- Collaborate with our team on landing pages, ad copy, and content strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of proven experience in PPC and SEO (agency or in-house).
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics/GA4, and SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush).
- Solid understanding of keyword strategy, conversion tracking, and A/B testing.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (WooCommerce preferred).
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- A proactive attitude with strong attention to detail.
