About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Admin Staff to join our dynamic team in Lipa City, Batangas. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our growing business, ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management
- Providing clerical support to the wider team, such as scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
- Assisting with the coordination of office operations and procedures
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment, and placing orders as needed
- Providing support for various projects and initiatives as required
What we're looking for
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within the real estate or property development industry
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and files
- A positive, friendly, and customer-service oriented attitude
