Qualifications:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Schedules and implements annual/ periodical/ special examinations of employees.
  • Provides first-aid treatments and medications for sick employees as needed.
  • Maintains all employee's medical and other similar records.
  • Conducts regular inventory of medicines and medical supplies.
  • Prepares purchase or requisition of medicines as necessary to ensure availability of all medical supplies.
  • Assess employee's examination results and refer to HMO physician for management.
  • Monitor Physician's recommendations and follow through until illness is cleared.
  • Work with Safety and Health Committee to plan and implement programs designed to improve the overall health of employees.
  • Leads Medical Personnel in various company activities.
  • Work Accident / Illness Exposure Data.
  • Creates health and safety awareness among employees.
  • Conducts health-related training and orientations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
