Key Responsibilities:
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions (e.g., sales, purchases, receipts, payments).
  • Prepare and maintain accurate journals, ledgers, and other financial records.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including monitoring due dates and collections.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash balances.
  • Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of accounting documents (invoices, receipts, vouchers, etc.).
  • Assist in payroll preparation and employee reimbursements, if required.
  • Support in budget preparation and expense monitoring.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, suppliers, and government agencies when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with BIR and other regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other related tasks assigned by the Accounting Supervisor/Manager.
