Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, evaluate, and moderate text, images, and videos submitted by users to ensure compliance with platform policies.
  • Identify and remove content that violates community guidelines, including harmful, inappropriate, or misleading material.
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency in moderation decisions based on defined policies.
  • Escalate complex cases or edge scenarios to the appropriate teams for further review.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve moderation quality and efficiency.
  • Meet productivity and quality targets while adhering to turnaround times.
  • Stay updated on moderation policies, community standards, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (or equivalent work experience).
  • With or without prior experience in content moderation; BPO or online platform experience is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent reading comprehension and decision-making ability.
  • Emotionally resilient and capable of handling sensitive content.
  • Proficient in English communication (written and verbal).
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays.
