We're seeking skilled Trainers to educate users on Generative AI Tools and leveraging AI Automation in workflows while ensuring compliance with Data Privacy & Ethics in the workplace. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience or knowledge with AI Tools and various workflow automation tools, plus excellent communication skills to train diverse learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging training sessions on our courses
  • Support learners in exploring Generative AI Tools & AI Automation tools through guided activities and demonstrations of practical applications of workflow automation tools
  • Provide guidance on implementing AI-driven automation solutions
  • Encourage responsible and ethical use of AI in various professional contexts by sharing expertise in Data Privacy and Ethics, focusing on workplace implementation
  • Assist in enhancing or updating of existing training materials
  • Monitor learner progress and provide coaching and support as needed
  • Create a positive learning environment that encourages participation and curiosity
  • Coordinate with the training team to ensure learning outcomes are achieved
  • Maintain accurate attendance and learner progress records
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement
  • Create effective practice questions and activities to support learning objectives
  • Perform other training-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 
    2 years of experience
     in teaching or training, whether formal or informal 
    (e.g., mentoring, coaching, or conducting training sessions)
  • Experience with
    BPO
    ,
    IT
    , or
    digital-enabled
    services industry
  • Willing to undergo 
    free additional training
     to be able to teach all our courses (Data Privacy, Generative AI, Automation - 
    materials & training provided
    )
  • Available to teach 
    on-site
     face-to-face classes in Mandaue City, Cebu
  • Familiarity with 
    Data Privacy, Generative AI & Workflow Automation tools
     (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, Make) a 
    huge plus
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills in both English and Filipino
  • Familiarity with productivity tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse learners
  • Experience in preparing reports, documenting learner progress, and giving feedback
  • Willingness to sign and comply with company agreements, including Non-Disclosure and curriculum usage policy
