  8. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide training to operational teams.

  9. Assist in technical evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and acceptance activities.

  10. Maintain and update technical documentation, configuration records, and runbooks.

  11. Provide feedback and recommendations to improve solution design and deployment practices.

3-5 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer is required.

Bachelor's degree is required for this position.

IT/Technology industry experience is required for this role.
