Position Overview

The Compliance Officer ensures that the company adheres to all legal, regulatory, and internal requirements, particularly those set by DHSUD (Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development) and other relevant government agencies. This role is essential in maintaining the company's operational integrity and ensuring smooth documentation and project approval processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all DHSUD regulations and other government requirements related to real estate development.
  • Prepare, review, and submit necessary permits, licenses, and other legal documents for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Coordinate with government agencies such as DHSUD, BIR, LGUs, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits to ensure adherence to company and legal standards.
  • Advise management on compliance issues, risks, and regulatory updates.
  • Support internal teams in ensuring timely completion of all compliance requirements.
  • Prepare reports and compliance updates for management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Real Estate Management, or related field.
  • Preferably with experience in Real Estate Compliance, particularly with DHSUD.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in a compliance or administrative role.
  • Knowledge of real estate regulations, permits, and government processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
