The Role\: Quality Systems Engineer (IMS Auditor)
You will ensure the effective implementation of the Integrated Management System of the Global Supply Chain Cavite and ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001 Quality, 14001 Environment, 45001 Occupational Health and Safety, 50001 Energy Management Systems) to maintain ISO Certifications of GSC Cavite.
What will you do?
Internal Audits and CAR/ PAR:
Plan, conduct, and lead the Internal Audits as per schedule - including opening, wrap-up, and closing meetingsAudit Reporting and issuance of CARs and PARs thru QT9Plan, conduct, and lead follow-up verifications to validate action plans provided by process ownersMonitor and ensure closure of CARs and PARs within the target lead time (weekly)Review and assess results of Internal Audits (recurrence/repeating issues)External Audits:
Plan and prepare for ISO Certification, Recertification or Surveillance AuditsEnsure that audit findings are responded with action plans and action plans are implemented, maintained, and closed within the target lead-time provided by the certifying bodyDocument Control:
QT9 Admin for GSC CaviteControl of Documents such as manual, procedures, forms, JBS/OWSUpdate IMS Manual to align with Global IMS ManualUpdate other IMS-related procedures to align with current processes such as Management Review, Internal Audit, Document Control, Records Control, Corrective ActionManagement of Work Instructions (JBS/OWS) – implement/maintain One WI-One Operator; JBS/OWS posted shall be official (LDS and controlled hardcopy with stamp); supervision of document controllers deployed in the plantOthers:
Ensure that GSC Cavite is compliant with all the requirements of the 5 basic modules in QT9 to achieve the 95% target set by GSC InternationalCommunicate any changes in the IMS (manual, policies, procedures, or any direction from the region)Annual review of Risk & Opportunities and Interested Party RegistersPlan, communicate, and ensure the conduct of Management Review annually covering the 4 ISO StandardsConduct other audits in preparation for other audits (mock audits, pre-audits, etc.)Support preparation of EECQ for UL-CTDP Annual Audits and actual audits.Kamishibai Audit (CAV2)Best Practice Deployment (CAV2 to IPAI and DANAM)3-6-9 Validation (CAV2)Monthly IMS reportWho would be successful?
With Bachelor's degree in any related Engineering courses (such as Mechanical, Industrial, Computer and others)Certified ISO Lead Auditor o Internal AuditorKnowledgeable in documents controlWith a minimum of 2 years of extensive experience in ISO auditing and IMS Business understanding of ISO Standards\: (9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001)Can work at minimum supervision Proficient in MS Excel and PPT PresentationAvailable to communicate at all levels of management Ability to create audit reports and present findingsAmenable to work in Rosario, CaviteWorking arrangements\: Normal dayshift, 5x a week OnsiteWhat's in it for me?
