
Legal Secretary/Docket Custodian

Responsibilities:
- Creates Docket Folder of Cases
- Collate PERMA Files
- Prepares and processes legal documents and papers assigned by the lawyers with confidentiality.
- Update, organize amd maintain case files
- Archiving and retrieval of documents in the docket room and warehouse
- Uploading of files in the search engine
- Keep tract of the office supplies inventory
- Ensure that all documents are in an orderly manner.
- Performs other related admin tasks, as required by the management.
- Fast learner, intuitive and proficient at multi-tasking.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Office Administration or other related courses.
- Required skill(s): customer care, customer service and relationship management, clerical and office work, admin support.
- Must have above-average verbal and written communication
- Must be flexible and hardworking
- Proficient in computers (MS Office applications)
- With excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills
- With keen attention to details
- At least 1 year working experience with the same field.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are also encouraged to apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
