What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting the Store Manager in the day-to-day management of the retail store
  2. Supervising and coordinating the work of store associates, ensuring efficient and customer-focused service
  3. Monitoring inventory levels, placing orders, and managing stock replenishment
  4. Handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
  5. Providing training and support to the store team to enhance their skills and performance
  6. Collaborating with the management team to implement new initiatives and improve store operations
  7. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate the store team
  3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  4. Proficient in inventory management and stock control
  5. Adaptable to changes and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  6. Proficiency in using retail management systems and Microsoft Office suite
  7. A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  8. Willing to be deployed in Lancaster, Imus Cavite.
