As a Management Trainee, you will be immersed in all aspects of store operations and leadership development, gaining firsthand experience that prepares you for future managerial roles. You'll work closely with experienced professionals, participate in structured learning programs, and develop the skills necessary to excel in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retail Operations: Assist in day-to-day store functions, including inventory control, merchandising, and sales optimization.
  • Training & Development: Participate in meetings, workshops, and mentorship sessions to build leadership expertise.
  • Performance Management: Observe and learn from seasoned managers, gaining insight into effective team leadership and operational strategies.
  • Compliance & Standards: Understand company policies, regulations, and health and safety codes to ensure adherence.
  • Data & Documentation: Prepare reports, update records, and assist with administrative tasks to streamline store processes.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop strong interpersonal skills to enhance the shopping experience and maintain brand loyalty.
  • Strategic Growth: Contribute fresh ideas to improve store performance and market share.
  • Goal Achievement: Fulfil all traineeship requirements and meet performance objectives set at the start of the program.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Previous experience in a management-related role is an advantage. (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Any customer service or retail experience preferred but not essential
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office for documentation and reporting tasks.
  • High attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to take on challenges, including extended work hours if required.
  • Willing to be deployed in MANGO Boutique in Alabang Town Center
