JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  1. Rotate through various departments to understand how each one contributes to the company's overall success.
  2. Work with managers or seconded to a position to work on a variety of tasks to gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization.
  3. Help develop and implement strategies of the company and assist with projects.
  4. Assist in monitoring work of team members/subordinates and provides feedback for their development.
  5. Learn company processes and protocols to develop necessary skills and knowledge to become a leader and manager.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Retail Management, Finance, or related field.
  • Relevant experience in a supervisory role on support in fields like Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail and time management.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, people-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
