WHAT IS THE LAUNCHPAD PROGRAM?

A 6-month, paid training program where you will:

• Learn how tech sales works
• Work with real clients
• Build your communication & presentation skills
• Get hands-on experience with cloud technology
• Work alongside sales mentors and experts

This is your career kick-off. Most trainees who complete the program receive a full-time offer.

YOUR 6-MONTH EXPERIENCE:

Months 1–2: Learn & Explore

• Welcome orientation and company deep dive
• Intro to cloud technology (don't worry—we'll teach you)
• Sales fundamentals training
• Sit in on real client calls
• Learn how to talk to customers confidently

Months 3–4: Try, Practice, Improve

• Start doing prospect calls and messages
• Join customer meetings
• Learn how to present and build proposals
• Work on small real opportunities

Months 5–6: Take the Lead

• Manage your own small set of accounts
• Practice the full sales cycle
• Present your final capstone project
• Get assessed for full-time hiring

WHAT YOU'LL DO (IN SIMPLE TERMS)

• Talk to potential customers
• Understand their needs
• Introduce our digital solutions
• Help prepare proposals and presentations
• Work with mentors to improve your calls and strategies
• Collaborate with other teams in Tech One
• Track your activities and growth

• Open to fresh graduates and graduating students available full-time by January 2025
