Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree or technical or vocational courses related.
  • Preferably with 2-3 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical schematics, manuals, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and respond to emergency situations.

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for the operations of the utilities machineries & equipment.
  • Responsible for the breakdown & planned corrective maintenance of utilities machineries & equipment.
  • Executes maintenance & repair work order and maintenance systems procedures & instructions.
  • Performs planned/scheduled improvement and/or development projects.
  • Validates daily reported breakdown, planned &/or preventive maintenance performed, and coordinates /reports to senior technician or facilities engineer.
  • Operates all utilities equipment and coordinates with department user's operating conditions & schedules.
