own the Sales Management Playbook
, instill structured processes and clear goals, and foster a culture of trust and performance. By aligning strategy, systems, and team capabilities, you will ensure consistent execution, build a strong talent pipeline, and drive sustainable sales growth.

What You Will Do
- Lead, coach, and evaluate Sales Managers to drive consistent team performance
- Implement structured sales processes and manage the Sales Management Playbook
- Set sales strategies and performance goals aligned with business targets
- Track and analyze KPIs using dashboards, forecasts, and CRM tools
- Ensure effective use of reporting systems to support decision-making and accountability
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to build a strong leadership bench
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and skills training to Sales Managers
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations to align goals and initiatives

Skills:
- Team Leadership Experience
– 10 years leading sales, customer service, or operations teams. - Background
- Strong background in Real Estate or Insurance Sales Operations is a plus.
- Sales & Performance Management
– Expertise in setting and tracking KPIs. - Process Implementation
– Ability to execute and refine structured sales strategies. - Hiring & Coaching
– Proven track record of building and developing teams.
