About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and skilled TikTok Operations Specialist to help grow our brand's presence on TikTok and TikTok Shop. You will be responsible for connecting with content creators, managing partnerships, and driving sales through influencer collaborations. If you are passionate about social media, trends, and building relationships with creators, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with TikTok creators and influencers whose audience aligns with our brand and top-selling products.
• Recommend suitable products to creators and provide guidance on content creation for promotional videos.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-performing creators and continuously expand our creator network.
• Stay updated on TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and new features to adapt strategies and seize market opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English – able to understand international content, write engaging captions, and communicate professionally with creators and followers.
• Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage – able to understand basic Chinese (not mandatory but preferred).
• Prior experience in TikTok Shop, social media marketing, influencer collaborations, or e-commerce operations is a plus. (not mandatory but preferred).
• Familiar with major social media platforms (especially TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and comfortable engaging with international online communities.
• Strong self-motivation, communication skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn quickly, adapt to changes, and execute tasks efficiently.

Tungkol sa Trabaho

Naghahanap kami ng isang aktibo at bihasang TikTok Operations Specialist na tutulong sa pagpapalago ng presensya ng aming brand sa TikTok at TikTok Shop. Ikaw ang magiging responsable sa pakikipag-ugnayan sa mga content creator, pamamahala ng mga partnership, at pagpapataas ng benta sa pamamagitan ng pakikipagtulungan sa mga influencer. Kung mahilig ka sa social media, uso, at pagbuo ng relasyon sa mga creator, para sa iyo ang trabahong ito.

Mga Pangunahing Gawain

• Kilalanin at makipag-ugnayan sa mga TikTok creator at influencer na ang audience ay tugma sa aming brand at mga produktong best-seller.
• Magrekomenda ng angkop na mga produkto sa mga creator at magbigay ng gabay sa paggawa ng content para sa mga promotional video.
• Bumuo at panatilihin ang pangmatagalang relasyon sa mga high-performing na creator at palawakin ang aming network ng mga creator.
• Manatiling updated sa mga uso sa TikTok, pagbabago sa algorithm, at mga bagong feature upang maiakma ang mga estratehiya at mapakinabangan ang mga oportunidad sa merkado.

Mga Kwalipikasyon

• Bachelor's degree o katumbas na karanasan.
• Malalim na kaalaman sa wikang Ingles – kaya ang pag-unawa sa international content, pagsulat ng nakaka-engganyong caption, at propesyonal na pakikipag-usap sa mga creator at followers.
• Ang kaalaman sa wikang Tsino ay isang plus – kaya ang pag-unawa sa basic Chinese (hindi required ngunit preferrado).
• Ang dating karanasan sa TikTok Shop, social media marketing, influencer collaborations, o e-commerce operations ay isang plus (hindi required ngunit preferrado).
• Pamilyar sa mga pangunahing social media platform (lalo na ang TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) at komportable sa pakikipag-ugnayan sa mga international online community.
• Malakas na motibasyon sa sarili, kasanayan sa komunikasyon, at kakayahang magtrabaho nang mag-isa at bilang bahagi ng isang team.
• Handang matuto nang mabilis, umangkop sa mga pagbabago, at maisagawa nang mahusay ang mga gawain.
