Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Administrative skills (filing, processing, coordinating).
  • Willingness to learn systems such as Microsoft NAV.
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • Open to fresh graduates or those with limited experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Endorse tenant applications and requirements to the necessary departments for review and approval.
  • Create Customer Cards in NAV upon approval of tenant applications.
  • Endorse signed Contracts of Lease (COL) to Legal for notarization.
  • Upload notarized COLs and maintain accurate and complete tenant records in NAV.
  • Process contract renewals, extensions, amendments, or terminations in coordination with Leasing and Property Management.
  • Maintain and regularly update tenant information, documents, and transaction history in NAV to ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist in preparing and updating leasing-related reports, summaries, and trackers (e.g., expiries, renewals, active tenants, pending applications).
  • Support the Leasing team in scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and organizing tenant files.
  • Ensure proper documentation, filing, and safekeeping of all leasing-related records for compliance and audit purposes.
  • Process Vehicle Registration requirements and documentation as needed.
  • Process and create Tenant IDs.
  • Perform other administrative tasks to support the leasing process and ensure efficient departmental workflow.

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
