We're a young and ambitious startup, and this is your chance to become our first QA Analyst. Setting up the foundations of quality that will power DoveHero's growth from Dubai real estate to a truly global CRM platform.

What You'll Do

  • Test new features end-to-end covering web and mobile apps for functionality, regression, and usability testing.
  • Design and establish DoveHero's QA foundation: create the workflows, standards, and documentation structure that will guide how QA is done across the company.
  • Define and run regression and stress testing processes to ensure stability and performance as we grow.
  • Select and implement the right QA tools and processes to support scalable testing and bug tracking.
  • Act as the bridge between tech and business, ensuring clear communication, proper prioritization, and smooth resolution of issues.
  • Build continuous feedback loops so that insights from testing and users directly inform product improvements.
  • Be the go-to person for QA in DoveHero, setting the stage for a dedicated QA function and future hires.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in QA / software testing.
  • Hands-on experience testing both web and mobile applications.
  • Experience testing SaaS or CRM platforms (big plus).
  • Skilled in designing test cases, documenting defects, and managing bug lifecycles.
  • Familiar with regression testing, stress/performance testing, and exploratory testing.
  • Strong communicator who can collaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
  • Proactive and resourceful able to propose better ways of working, not just execute existing tasks.
  • Familiar with agile development cycles.
  • Comfortable working remotely and aligned with Dubai hours (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, GMT+4).

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright). Not required now, but useful as we grow.
  • Experience helping a startup or small team set up QA practices from scratch.
