Job Summary:

The Company Driver is responsible for safely transporting employees, documents, and company assets to designated locations. This role requires punctuality, professionalism, and strict adherence to traffic rules and company protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport Duties
  • Drive company vehicles to transport staff, guests, and materials as scheduled
  • Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off based on assigned routes or requests
  • Deliver documents, packages, and supplies to clients, government offices, and other destinations
  • Vehicle Maintenance
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any issues immediately
  • Ensure cleanliness and roadworthiness of assigned vehicle
  • Coordinate with Admin for regular maintenance and repairs
  • Compliance and Safety
  • Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
  • Maintain updated licenses and vehicle registration documents
  • Secure necessary travel permits when required
  • Administrative Support
  • Assist in filing, errands, and logistical tasks when not driving
  • Maintain accurate trip logs and fuel consumption records
  • Support company events and activities requiring transportation

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Valid professional driver's license (Restriction Codes 1, 2, 3 or equivalent)
  • At least 2 years of driving experience in a corporate or service setting
  • Familiarity with Metro Manila and provincial routes
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Trustworthy, punctual, and respectful

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php21,020.00 per month
