JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Transport clients, employees and/or documents or other items to and from destinations

· Arrive at destinations on schedule

· Fulfill administrative needs, like office pickups

· Research and plan for traffic, construction and weather delays

· Use navigation applications to determine the best route

· Interact with clients and employees professionally at all times

· Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use

· Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed through the Facilities Supervisor

· Keep mileage records and repair records up-to-date

· Observe Company Policies and Procedures

· Abide by the company policies, rules, and procedures

· Perform other duties as assigned by the management

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Valid driver's license

· Proven experience as a Company Driver or relevant role.

· A clean driving record

· Familiarity with GPS devices or map apps

· Knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic patterns

· A polite and professional disposition

· Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and safety procedures
