About Us:
Laminar Aviation, Inc. is a growing aviation organization committed to excellence in training, operations, and people management. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable HR Admin Assistant to support our Human Resources and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day HR administrative tasks
- Maintain and update employee records and 201 files
- Support recruitment activities (posting vacancies, scheduling interviews, coordination)
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
- Prepare HR-related documents, memos, and reports
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and basic payroll documentation
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR concerns and requirements
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by HR
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related course
- With at least 6 months to 1 year of HR or administrative experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Knowledgeable in basic labor and HR processes
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
