Job Description:

  • Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and safety standards to ensure efficient, compliant, and customer-focused operations.
  • Maintain delivery OPEX targets: 7% for mixed loads and 3.5% for PPR-focused loads.
  • Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods; optimize warehouse layout, workflow, and space utilization.
  • Supervise all warehouse staff and provide training to maintain required KPIs and productivity.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and replenishment; conduct cycle counts and audits to ensure accuracy and prevent stock issues.
  • Ensure safety and security through inspections, trainings, and emergency drills.
  • Use WMS to track performance metrics and generate operational reports.
  • Coordinate with accounting, sales, and customer service to support accurate planning and timely deliveries.
  • Resolve customer issues related to delays or damaged goods.
  • Evaluate personnel performance; recommend hiring or termination when needed.
  • Oversee facility maintenance, housekeeping, 5S, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Prepare contingency plans for operational disruptions and maintain accurate stock and shipment records.
  • Monitor budgets and petty cash to ensure operations remain within financial limits.
  • Lead Kaizen and process-improvement initiatives focusing on cost savings, efficiency, and safety.
  • Ensure delivery vehicles are well-maintained for uninterrupted delivery schedules.
  • Perform additional responsibilities assigned by Operations Management or company leadership

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in warehouse management, distribution, or logistics operations, with a track record of managing large-scale warehouses or distribution center.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management principles, logistics processes, and supply chain best practices, with experience in implementing warehouse management systems (WMS) / System Application Process (SAP).
  • Familiarity with safety regulations, security protocols, and workplace health standards governing warehouse operations. Preferably holder of Safety Officer Certificate.
  • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop warehouse staff, fostering teamwork, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationship, negotiate with stakeholders, and communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven, decisions to optimize warehouse operations and solve complex logistics challenges.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control software, and Microsoft Office applications for data analysis, reporting, and communication.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute warehouse improvement projects, process enhancements, and technology implementations within scope, budget and timeline constraints.
  • Preferably available to start ASAP.
  • Residence near Bocaue, Bulacan preferred.
