Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides frontline support in the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, resolving delivery-related issues, and ensuring proactive communication on order status.
The role ensures smooth daily operations by connecting external customers with internal teams, delivering accurate and timely service, and supporting issue resolution in line with service standards.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer orders accurately
- Provide updates on product availability, delivery schedules, and shipment status
- Guide customers through ordering channels (Customer Service, e-Ordering platforms)
- Address customer inquiries and requests at first point of contact
- Log, track, and follow up on unresolved issues per defined service standards
- Enter and resolve claims in the Quality Management module (QM)
- Understand and assist with basic logistics, billing, and pricing issues
- Support sales by offering product alternatives during order issues
- Execute actions aligned with sales and business growth plans
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain/logistics role.
- Hands-on exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP) or CRM/ticketing tools is preferred
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Customer Orientation: Strong service mindset with the ability to resolve basic inquiries.
- Detail Orientation: Accuracy in processing orders, billing, and delivery updates.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with logistics, finance, and sales teams.
- Tools: Proficient in MS Office; basic ERP knowledge desirable
